Accident Management Validation at Dukovany NPP and Temelín NPP

In 2018 TES performed a regular course of validation of Accident Management procedures undertaken periodically every year at full-scale simulators of both Czech nuclear power plants since 2013. In the frame of this work TES in cooperation with ČEZ, a.s. made a review of the reguirements for Accidents Management validation, determined accident scenarios for validation of selected standards, managed performance of accident scenarios at full-scale simulators of both Czech nuclear power plants. As conclusion of works TES provided operational evaluation of performed tests and  subsequent and final evaluation of the whole validation cycle.
